ASSIGNMENTS  
As a Supply Chain Planner you will have responsibility to secure operative efficiency, high service level and act as the link between suppliers, production, warehouse and the organization. In your role you will work with purchasing raw materials and secure timings are ensured for planned production. You will work with building an effective Supply Chain in terms of cost efficiency and overall quality perception. Responsibilities within this role includes management and maintenance of supply plan with purpose to balance customer demand, production, and logistic capabilities. As this is a more junior role, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues. As you progress, you will have the chance to delve into more analytical aspects with purpose to develop and improve IsaDora Supply Chain.

You will mainly perform tasks such as:

• Purchasing raw materials.

• Delivery surveillance and follow-up on inbound shipments.

• Monitoring delivery capacity, act proactively by communicating deviations internally.

• Coordination with Production planning

• Inventory planning and optimization.

• Actively drive improvement of planning/scheduling related activities.

• Conduct internal reporting and distribution of relevant information.

• Masterdata handling in ERP and other related systems.

• Supplier invoice management and custom clearances.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in this position you have an interest and some experience from working with supply planning in a similar role, and an ability and willingness to drive the business forward. You want to develop your analytic skills, can work independently, and take initiatives in a natural way. Furthermore, you have a good eye for details and work in a structured way. You are comfortable taking fast actions when necessary. You enjoy communicating in several stages, both spoken and written, as well as working cross functionally. In addition, you appreciate a flexible, well-organized, and independent work in a varied environment with a high pace. Nevertheless, it is of greatest important that you are a team player with a positive attitude and that you contribute to the team spirit.

Important for the position:

• Preferably academic degree in supply chain, purchasing or business economics.

• 1–3-year experience of working in a similar role.

• Experience in ERP system, if in Microsoft Business Central that is a plus.

• Good knowledge in MS Office with emphasis on Excel.

• Fluent in Swedish and English. Knowledge in Germany is an advantage.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The position as Supply Chain Planner is a temporary position with start as soon as possible until the end of January 2024. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as an consultant. For the right person, there are good opportunities for extension via Eterni after the end of this assignment.
