About Business Development at Construction  

The Business Development office supports the Construction divison’s management team in leading divisionally prioritized projects, managing strategy, business development and business intelligence for the division.  

Husqvarna Construction in Jonsered is in an exciting transformation phase, continuing our journey to shape urban environments for tomorrow. The division is in the forefront of developing innovative products and solutions for the construction industry focusing on product categories such as concrete sawing and drilling along with concrete surfaces and floors related products, but also parts and consumables including diamond tools.

Your main work tasks 
In the role of Business Analyst you will:  

  • Support different prioritized deliverables, including knowledge management within strategic projects for the division 

  • Analyze and create insights in large data sets  

  • Support in creating presentations, reports and visualizations of data for senior management 

  • Support in business intelligence activities as well as other tasks as assigned 

Your profile 

Competence and experience are important, but personality, potential, and mindset are key. We are looking for an enterprising and eager-to-learn individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

This role requires collection, analysis and presentation of data, therefore interest and experience in this area is preferred, such as e.g., Power BI, QlikView or other data visualization software. It is also important to have good interpersonal skills to be able to build relations with stakeholders. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word). 

Requirements 
Currently studying M.Sc. in engineering, such as industrial engineering and management or software engineering, finance or equivalent, at an accredited school. 

Satisfactory performance during the employment period may lead to offers of further employment on a part-time basis with the Business Development office.
