Do you want to be a part of the fastest growing Business Area in Vattenfall and contribute to fossil free living?

We are looking for an Senior Asset Revenue Manager to join the Onshore Asset Management team. 

The Asset Management team takes the owner´s perspective of the Onshore portfolio, and the individual assets and ensures that BA Wind Onshore optimises the life time profitability of our owned Onshore wind farms and wind farms owned by third parties.

Your new workplace
Within our BA Wind Onshore Asset Management team Vattenfall offers a great opportunity for a  Senior Asset Revenue Manager. Together with the Country Asset Manager you will be  responsible for optimizing the revenues from our owned wind farms and wind farm owned by third parties.

You’ll be part of committed and highly motivated international team, collaborating on wind farms across the region.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Assume full responsibility of specific deliverables for external and internal revenue management contracts (SLAs and PPAs) for owned wind farms and divested wind farms under Asset Management agreements

  • Understanding, evaluating and presenting additional revenue options for wind farms in operation/in combination with batteries/solar farms

  • Structure processes around wind farm curtailments, ancillary services, grid congestion management and reporting within BA Wind onshore to optimize revenues together with relevant internal stakeholder and BA Markets

  • Drafting and coordinating the preparation of relevant internal and external documents, including management presentations and governance materials

  • Managing internal and external stakeholders including Strategy & Transactions, Controlling, BA Markets, BU Offshore, partner under Asset Management agreements

  • Support in other initiatives across the fleet/organization to manage risks and opportunities.

Your profile

The successful candidate must have:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or other similar field of study required

  • 5-10 years’ relevant work experience

  • Speak and write English on a professional level

  • Experience in the energy sector and/or wind energy industry

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to understand processes, to analyze issues by gathering information, and to make connections and draw conclusions

  • Drive for improvement rather than maintaining the status quo

  • The ability to initiate and maintain effective relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders

Location:
We offer our core offices for you to chosse: Hamburg (DE), Amsterdam (NL), London (UK), Hexham (UK), Stockholm (SWE) or Kolding (DK). Frequent travel within Europe should be expected, especially between the locations.
